Icon plugin value needs a qualifier #64

I downloaded an icon plugin, and while I prefer it to the battery graphic, I 
feel that it needs a percent sign next to it. I have the temperature in the 
status bar with the degree symbol and find that a certain symbol (such as the 
percent sign) is needed to qualify the otherwise meaningless number. Of course, 
I know what the number means, but it just doesn't look right to have a couple 
of digits there.

I plan to make a plugin with a percentage sign at some point.  I left it off 
the main plugins to make the numbers as large as possible.
