This is an important question, and I'm appalled that it took me over a month to
respond. Sorry.
Unfortunately, I'm not really sure how to resolve the issue, since it's an
Android Market thing, which I'm really not able to support. Have you tried
uninstalling the app? I can see how the Market app might get confused if you
have it installed, but don't "own" it with your current Google account -- you
can't get an upgrade if you don't own it, but you can't buy it because you
already have it. But if you uninstall it (Battery Indicator Pro), then it
(Market) shouldn't have anything to get confused about: it's not installed and
you don't own it with the active account, so it should have a "Purchase" button.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, let me know, and I'll do my best to help
figure it out, but contacting Google might end up being your best bet.

HI,
No problem on this slipping a while. I uninstalled it, but you know
google and your data....they never let go :-)
So, it still shows up as purchased on the Android Market Site, yet that
is really tied to the old email addy: barryabarr@gmail.com, so the
download gets rejected.
If there is something you can do about this, great. If not my world
won't end.

Huh, that's weird. Can you get it through the Android Market website, maybe?

Yeah, this was at android market. Oh well. I think we've both put in
more time on it than it is worth worrying about. Thanks for trying to help.
