should reset fan controller value when machine resume from sleep #294

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I set speed of a fan as 40% and it works well now(It was coll! thanks!). But 
after I sleep my machine and resume, the fan speed reset to default full speed 
and did't respect my setting.

The sensor chip is nct6776f.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.2.5 Alpha

version 0.5.1 bug is still here.
I set speed on gpu fan. But when my PC back from sleep mode, fan speed can 
gross to 100%
(Windows 8 x64)
