Add reference to nodejs bindings in "read me" #427

Given the availability of bindings for node.js, would it be possible to add a reference to it in the "read me".

I don't see why not. Feel free to raise a PR to add it!

Looks like you're still maintaining these, perhaps worth bringing them under the umbrella of the other bindings too? See: https://github.com/rpi-ws281x/
