Adds support for the 4GB pi 4 v1.5 based on the details provided in the comment here

Thank you so, so much! With the setup i had and adding your changes, in the sub directory of the build of this project i was able to run the demo and all the lights worked so fast and so bright!

I really hope @Gadgetoid or @jgarff can merge this soon! I can't wait to continue experimenting with it in a few weeks! Thank you so much again for this pull it really releaved some stress i was having :-) <3
