Add a helpful note to the README about installing dependencies #19

This should make it less painful for people to figure out which packages to install.

Packagers and people compiling the tarball need to figure out the best set of pkgs for themselves. The preferred route is to get a cpuminer package into Ubuntu or Debian package systems (I think it's already in Deb?)
