[Website] appveyor deployment #24

Just testing for the moment.

So yaml file is finished. I don't have enough permissions to check the appveyor Azure FTP environment settings so can you can you make sure that the following settings are provided? image Artifacts should be empty. Application should be GriffinFrameworkWeb.

The Azure environment connection settings are currently not correct so the deployment does not work. Can you check the Azure Publish Settings (http://stackoverflow.com/a/25278829)?
