Added endpoint GetActivityHistory #14

Added the GetActivityHistory endpoint to api.py as well as corresponding test to test_integration.py and updated the README accordingly.

Terrifying. I was literally working on this exact end point in a local copy of Pydest last night and was planning on forking and PR'ing it this weekend. Very much looking forward this merge and update.
