Update hugo to latest version 0.112.5 #178

Pleas note that build currently fails for version 0.112.5, as reported in #179. Primary motivation for this PR was to get a deployment log of the failed build on Netlify.

Actually there is already an action that automatically try to bump the hugo version every monday. The last one fail and the logs are within the pipeline. No need to add more logs in Netlify as it is not related to it.
