Soundcloud "downloadable" tag is sometimes put incorrectly #163

On some releases the downloabable tag is triggered, although the download is not available. E.g. https://soundcloud.com/bondax/only-you-know-ft-dee

Could it be that the number of downloads was limited there?

Afaik it reaches to source code with number of downloads - if it was non-zero then attribute is added

it works pretty weird. here https://soundcloud.com/phoenix/sets/bankrupt-remixes every track except 1 (hot natured) was downloadable, (I assume they were also limited), but betterrym didn't put "downloadable" for any of them.
