Add 'resources' section and content type #6

Create a new section called 'Resources' next to the 'Networks' page in the header navigation.

This page will follow the format of the /companies list view. It will have "Resource Filters" and "Industry Filters" on the left.

There should be an 'add resource' button that allows someone to create a new resource.

Resources will essentially just be links to other sites - they will have these attributes:

If someone creates a new resource type, we can store it in the record for the location - here's an example of 'bend-or':

We can create a new array called "resource_types" or something.

A 'resource' will be a new content type, similar to a 'location' or 'company' or 'industry' so it will need a new API.

As an example of what types of links will be listed here, this is a list of startup resources for one community: http://ventureasheville.com/startup-resources/

Hold off on this feature for now.. I have a new idea for how I'd like to handle this.

Got it, thanks for letting me know

I'm focused on Grunt and testing pipeline at a moment. Need to wrap up all those changes to simplify daily work.

Agreed, I think we need to get that wrapped up and move on to other priorities by Monday.
