Converter tool not found #2

Where is it? I cant find it on here. I tried hkxcmd if that was the one you were looking for but that aint it either.

We have to make one ourselves... wtf...

Sorry for the late response.

The converter tool is built from my C++ source code. Unfortunately, I can't share the final program since it requires inclusion of proprietary Havok components. I haven't found a way around this.
