It would probably lead to a more complete feeling when the search results would not be content-type specific, but a mix of all. At least the option to search for multiple content types would be nice. My ideas for that would be:

switch the radio buttons to checkboxes
query all checked data types on search
use the same result sorting strategy on the client side to merge the result set
put them into one search result view

Maybe even hide the checkboxes into an expansion panel with the label "advanced search" or something to make it even clearer.

It seems like searching by clicking on tags is not really wanted. Just having a top search bar like for example on the material.io website may be enough. Then put the search bar from the sheet on the top of the search page to enable changing the search keywords while seeing the results.
