3 years ago Proposing years as tags would also make sense when there is already a year in the current search tag. Clicking another year-Tag should remove the current year-Tag from the active search and replace it. This would make searching through content of many years very easy.
When running a search in addition to an indicator when the search results were limited, also show hints what tags would make sense to add. These tags could be computed by taking all the tags in the search results that were not contained in the actual search and maybe even rank them by occurrence. This would help the user to get more specific searches.
Also hint at searching for a specific year and other common searches.
