Default workspace #38

It would be nice to have a default workspace. Should be loaded automatically.

I assume you want more than the existing empty workspace that is included with the Transcript. Would it come pre-populated with text or are you wanting what you add to be saved? Should it be saved in the repository or on the file system? That is, should it apply only to that system or to any system you log in to? Should it be shared across users? Should it be only one workspace or should we remember every window that was open when you logout and restore them when you next login? Is this similar to jgfoster/Jade#9?

1) I would prefer Filesystem 2) One Workspace is fine, maybe more e.g. default_01.gs, default_02.gs 3) Should be filled with the text of the default_01.gs file at Jade Startup
