When selecting 'debug' from the error dialog when running tests, the following bugs happen:
An "Error parsing XML text - 'Required white space was missing.' at 1, 96" is triggered
Upon selecting a stack frame, an 'Error while processing error: Invalid format for Number' is triggered, and the original GemStone error exception (thrown before entering the debugger) pops up in a separate dialog window
Subsequent stack frame selections trigger the 'No frame found for level x' and 'GsProcess does not understand #source' exceptions
Closing the debugger throws an 'UndefinedObject does not understand #disable' exception
