Shelly app crashed in homey.

I got the following error: request to http://cloud-shelly-3-29-5-2.cloud-shelly-3-29-5.apps.svc.cluster.local/api/app failed, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND cloud-shelly-3-29-5-2.cloud-shelly-3-29-5.apps.svc.cluster.local

The cloud server of my region is: prod-eucentral1-001

Anybody else with this problem? Anybody a suggestion to solve these problem?

It's an issue with Homey Cloud, you should report it to Athom.
