Nav bar lacking scrolling on Firefox #14

The left navigation bar of the streamlit interface is not scrollable (and doesn't have a scrollbar) any more on Firefox, while it works on Chrome.

Fixed by https://github.com/streamlit/streamlit/pull/5157 and https://github.com/streamlit/streamlit/pull/5324; should be automatically included in the near future.

The udated streamlit version https://github.com/streamlit/streamlit/releases/tag/1.13.0 has pushed the fix to the streamlit cloud, and the Solar-MACH app has been restarted. With that, the problem has been fixed.
