Disabled tests whose primary focus is the size modifiers j or z as they are no longer mandatory
Disabled tests whose primary focus is %U, as this is no longer mandatory

@gavinfielder why not moving them to list number 2 instead of removing them?

I'll make that change when I'm in the lab again. Is there a different branch you'd prefer I pull request to rather than master?

All the tests in question are re-enabled on list 2.
