Pull out the LendingClub API into it's own standalone Python API module that could be used in other projects. In addition to the existing methods, it should also support:
More thorough search filtering
Ability to search for individual notes
Select and invest in individual notes
Return more than just portfolio names
Include raw JSON from LC which includes average APR, expected monthly payment, etc
Full unittest coverage with both emulated and live LC environment.
