Add exit diagnostic session #19

If we have connected to an ecu by double clicking on Initiate Contact we still need a way to go back to default session. Could you bind the ExitDiagnosticSession to an handler to double click again or somthing else?

I've changed a minor typo (copy, paste :p), otherwise it looks good to me! I'll look into automatically switching the session on disconnection or when exiting. Thanks for your time and effort, N0cynym.
