could not find referenced DiagService with index #54

Caesar seems to be unable to find preperation with a specific system parameter for multiple diagnostic services.

The following log was generated as I tried to load ME28.CBF:

Hello again, thanks for reporting this, I'm able to replicate this and can confirm this issue.

I'll update again when I figure out if it is indeed the experimental type parsing that is causing this.

Note: For me this seems not to be a real Diagnostic Service. I think so because I can not find this index with vediamo.

@jglim But if you can find out what this is doing or used for it whould be great to know 😀
