export whole container, not only some selected parts #65

now export write ALL info from the CBF file (works similar to "Export Container as JSON" in Diogenes app)

Thank you for sending in this patch!

I think it's an improvement over the existing implementation, with the minor[1] side effect that it breaks anything that depended on the previous schema.

[1] I don't think anyone is currently depending on this project with the expectation that the schema will remain stable, as there are plenty of unknown fields that have been updated across the years
