41 fix - MeasGeometry update

37 fix - I don't seem to have any issues with cell curve fitting following my change

Thanks a lot for working on this. Looks good from a quick glance, but I might not see the full picture. From the diff it seems there are some missing output pngs from the example scripts, which might break docs build. Could you doublecheck these minor issues @twVolc ?

Sorry about that, I'm not sure what happened there. I think I've added the missing pngs now.
