Install kill switch #39

Per #22 installing a kill switch would help with safety. I've seen a few interesting examples and instructions via the googles, but the most interesting/effective I saw was wiring an existing, unused dash button up as a kill switch (such as cruise control, etc). One of the most commonly recommended ways it wiring it in the circuit for the fuel pump.

Talked to Lon about this when he was installing my rear motor mount, and he said he could do it, but would have to look into how.
