[suggestion] add key to open boat ui while in boat #95

you should be able to open the ui of the boat and access the engine controls while sitting in the boat so that the boat doesn't run off without you.

What version are you playing ? This feature is present since 1.14 IIRC.

1.12 if it is not present in it, could it be backported since most modpacks are still based on 1.12

and there's a lot of mods not updated to later versions yet. Buildcraft and Railcraft are examples.
