Support for tables? #18

Is there any chance that cheapskate will support tables, for example in the simple GitHub-flavored Markdown style below?

| header 1 | header 2 |
| -------- | -------- |
| cell 1 | cell 2 |
| cell 3 | cell 4 |

I'm not really working on cheapskate any more.

If you want to add this yourself, go ahead.
