Wikipedia-style deadlinks #604

Is it possible to highlight wikilinks that point to pages that haven't been created, similar to the way wikipedia does it?

I'm running 0.12.2.1 It seems to put the class "uri" on internal links to pages that exist. I've attached a diff diff.txt that illustrates how one can take advantage of this to put red dotted lines under nonexistent ones. I tried putting it in custom.css, but it didn't have any effect, so the diff is for screen.css

I don't understand why, can anybody help?
