Internal server error for "+" in page title #610

Trying to add new pages with "+" generates an "Internal server error". Other chars like "<&>" all work fine.

The error was "Could not getWikiBase: (path, uri) = ("_edit/Gtk+","/_edit/Gtk ") CallStack (from HasCallStack): error, called at src/Network/Gitit/Framework.hs:220:21 in gitit-0.12.2.1-FdEohTUeOKa28klKBmkHLp:Network.Gitit.Framework"

I had the same experience with the current version. I couldn't find in the documentation if + was part of the allowed characters.
