allow building with lts-20 #685

This just bumps a few bounds.

It would be nice to have a release too if possible - then I will be able to build with coming Fedora Haskell versions

Well there only seem to be 3 commits since the last release so I can also apply those for now, together with this.

While we're at it, why not update so it works with pandoc 3.0.1?
