Support for pandoc --filter=PROGRAM option #689

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't see a way to specify a Pandoc filter program for the processing of gitit pages.

Can this be added to the gitit.conf file, in a way similar to how --from=FORMAT can currently be specified via the default-page-type config option?
