Vimwiki writer #3780

I wonder if anyone else would be interested in having a Vimwiki writer. For me it will be useful because for example I can use it to convert LaTeX source files (say downloaded from arXiv) to vimwiki files, and organise them with wikilinks so that I can learn maths more easily. I suppose Markdown is nice for organising knowledge too but I haven't found any wiki plugin in Vim that supports markdown as nicely as the vimwiki plugin supports the vimwiki files.

If you have a use for it, write it. Since we have a Vimwiki reader, it would be nice to have a matching writer.
