Added description of keys. #30

Added a description of the key values that the Python scripts use. The descriptions are taken from https://hackage.haskell.org/package/pandoc-types-1.12.4.7/docs/Text-Pandoc-Definition.html.

The word "rely" can be removed.

Most of the pandocfilter examples rely check the value of a key for a specific key value. This section provides an overview of these keys

Do you have an extra word in there?
