Support for `zig`. #198

I use skylighting in my static site generator, and having zig syntax highlight support would really help. Happy to contribute the XML for this, if the maintainers agree to it.

EDIT: Looks KDE already has an XML we can pull from: zig.xml

NVM, I was using an older version it seems :/
