add syntax highlighting for Standard ML #53

why don't we add all the syntax definitions from https://github.com/KDE/syntax-highlighting/tree/master/data/syntax?

I'll add sml. The reason we don't add them all is to keep compile time reasonable. But I'm usually happy to add them on request.
