Some changes in operators.py. 1) Line 186: Do prior covariance matrix… #10

… in the case if we have prior as a vector; 2) Line 657: Change from (n_bands, n_obs) to (n_obs, n_bands). Otherwise I had 'assertion error' ; 3)Line 867 and Line 877: gradient was missed.

Some things in ObservationOperatorTimeSeriesGP didn't work in my case...
