Optimize remote-url metadata calculations #12

Right now, on every save of a page with a remote URL, the remote file is downloaded. Adding a toggle field to the remote url area could set whether or not to recheck that metadata.

Recalculate field would be useful for pages with local media that are moved in the filesystem.
