Create a way to not auto-generate GUID #13

If someone imports archive episodes, GUID's shouldn't change. Current configuration of the podcast plugin offers no way of opting out of the GUID generation.

At this point, I don't think there will be a good way of doing this. Will close for now and open a new ticket if it becomes an issue for someone.
