Podcast title in RSS feed from wrong field #62

The podcast title for the RSS feed is not being taken from the correct field. It is now taken from the page title instead of the "Channel Meta / Podcast title" field. Refers to current version of the plugin.

Fixed by making sure that all episodes live under a podcast-channel page (or a podcast-series, which lives under a podcast-channel).
