I'd love to reuse some of your data, but you don't have a license on any of it, or if this is government work product, a statement that it's in the public domain. (Some of the work I'm doing will be used by a state government agency, so it's particularly important that the information be cleared for re-use.) Would you mind applying a license? Thank you!

It is not my data, so I am not going to put a license on it. Check the data owners for license, US Census and Dartmouth Atlas.

By transforming it, you actually have copyright over the resulting expression of that transformation. Without either a license or a disclaimer of copyright on it, then I'm afraid it can't be used within other projects. But, of course, that's your call! Thanks for creating the data, anyway.
