add example grafana dashboard #14

I allowed myself to create an example Grafana dashboard making use of the metrics. What do you think? Do they make sense? Any other ideas what would make sense for such a dashboard?

I've included most of your feedback. I would like to add a table as suggested by you, but I'm still fighting with the grafana / prometheus queries for that ... not sure when I can contribute those and if you want to wait or pull in the suggested example dashboard at one point.
