Use .yo-rc.json to load/save user's preferences #12

I'm thinking about moving the string paths in https://github.com/jgoux/generator-angulpify/blob/master/generators/app/templates/gulp/config.js to the .yo-rc.json so the user can start with a fully custom app structure.

Not a viable solution ATM.
