Level0 is a pure text OSM editor created by russian developer.

The url format is http://level0.osmz.ru/?url=changeset/{{changeset}}

Some times it is useful when want to do some tag replace work.

Hope it can be added oneday

@LaoshuBaby, simply respect the expected format: http://level0.osmz.ru/?url=changeset/{osm_changeset_id}. Just tested.

:warning: Please note that zoom/lat/lon tags in the initial URL are needed to let OSM Smart Menu propose a link to Level0
