Add PeWu history page #54

Please add the pleasant PeWu's OSM History Viewer page (by default), which shows the results (grafical) in vertical order. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_History_Viewer_(by_PeWu) https://pewu.github.io/osm-history
