GridMove is a program that aims at making windows management easier. It helps you with this task by defining a visual grid on your desktop, to which you can easily snap windows.
This means I (and others) are technically not allowed to use GridMove at work (in part due corporate policies), which is imperfectly aligned with your stated intention of allowing "individual commercial use". Would you consider re-publishing the software under a more permissive license?
From a purely personal perspective I'll throw you $USD 50 if you do; just because the tool is worth that much to me.
