Fix incorrect URL in gemspec #9

The homepage URL in the gemspec (and thus on rubygems.org) pointed to jgraichen/ruby-telegraf, but the actual repository name is jgraichen/telegraf-ruby.

@franzliedke I'm not, yet, but I may be about to, so I'm evaluating it (along with such other options as I can find). I tried to follow the link from Rubygems.org and it told me the repo didn't exist, but, a quick Google search led me to the right place.
