Jumpy zooming with mousewheel #148

Zooming is jumpy with CTRL+MOUSE_WHEELand ALT+MOUSE_WHEEL.

I'll look into this and find out what's the current implementation and try to fix this. I'll let you know if there won't be any progress due to my part.

And I should note, that this problem is occuring in Chrome and desktop application in Linux (Chromium based I suppose) on Linux. Not on Firefox.
