Cannot paste images from clipboard on desktop linuxes (Fedora, Ubuntu) and chrome browsers (Google Chrome, Chromium, Yandex Browser)

Cannot paste images from clipboard

• on desktop linuxes — tested Fedora (FC37, FC38), Ubuntu 22.04
• and chrome browsers — Google Chrome (last stable and unstable, from 116 to 121), Chromium, Microsoft Edge, Yandex Browser...
  • private mode, clear profiles, with and without extensions.

Same time:

• Pasting images from clipboard on Windows (all browsers, chrome-based and firefox) — works.
• Pasting images from clipboard on linux with last Firefox (117) — works.

Clipboard access granted (by popup, and also checked settings).

No JS errors on console.
