Resize cross functional tables similar to Swimlanes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I add diagrams into cells of a cross functional table. When I add them, the cells do not automatically resize like the swimlanes do.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the cell to grow in width and/or height to accommodate the added shape. Other columns and rows will be repositioned and maintain their widths and heights, respectively.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manual Resize. The width of adjacent columns and height of adjacent rows are sometimes affected (they can shrink, and the shapes that were in them no longer fit). At that point, resizing and repositioning those shapes is more difficult
