Does maven-artifact need to be a fixed dependency? #22

It seems like it's not used outside within the talltale code itself; could it be moved under an alias if it's necessary for building or releasing?

Hi Rob,

I've refactored the deps.edn and the build and release process at the same time. It should be fixed in version 0.5.13 can you test it and tell me if everything looks good? Thx,
